I wanted to let you know how grateful I am for your work and vision on my project. I felt like you may have left wondering what my thoughts were on your work. After reflecting on all that you accomplished, I realized your desire to see the property left in a “finished” appearance was just what you promised. My decision to contract your services came from your approachability, your honesty and your attention to the details. Many others would have done the “bare minimum” and moved on.
